About

A lawsuit has been certified as a class action case alleging a violation of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act by Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. from January 1, 2004 through the present, which resulted in artificially high prices for Milk and Cream Products. See the Amended Order Granting Class Certification and the First Amended Class Action Petition for Damages, which are available for download at right.
